Description
This granulated activated carbon with 10% bentonite complies with EU Regulation 780/2006 and is used for the targeted removal of foreign tastes and odours in must, wine, spirits and fruit juices. The activated carbon is added directly without prior dissolution. The dosage is 10–100 g/hl. After addition, the beverage must be stirred intensively for several minutes and then stirred 2–3 more times at short intervals. Adsorption is complete after 24 hours. The activated carbon must then be removed by filtration.
